1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Parz provides business management software integrated with the Armenian tax service (HVHH). The Service includes invoice management, financial reporting, tax sync, and related tools accessible via web and desktop applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Tax Service Credentials

By providing your Armenian tax service credentials, you authorize Parz to access the tax service API on your behalf to sync invoices, receipts, and other business data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data submitted through the tax service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for errors in tax filings or data submitted to the Armenian tax service through our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
